HUDSON AREA SCHOOLS: 34
The Varsity Boys Basketball team won Thursday night against the Hudson Tigers 52-34. The Redwolves started slow in the first and found themselves down 11-6. However with a 18 - 5 second quarter in favor of Clinton, the Redwolves gained the lead and never looked back. Due to the absence of Ryan Tschirhat, Keegan Huston got the starting nod and was given the task of guarding Hudson best player Ambrose Horwath. Holding Horwath to just 9 points on the evening all while scoring 6 of his own, Keegan went on to win the teams coveted golden chain. Grant Stockford led all scorers on the night with 16 points, while Landon Busz and Stelzer contributed 11 of their own. Gilson 5, Fair 3. The Varsity Boys will play against the Whiteford Bobcats at neutral site Lourdes University this Saturday the Jv starts at noon. The Redwolves are now 3-1.
