Clinton jumped out front of the Royals in the top of the second inning when Nate Darm scored on Luc Olsons sharp single . Blissfield would answer in their bottom half of the inning tying the game 1-1 . A scoreless 3rd inning would keep the game tied going into the 4th . The Redskins would plate 9 runs led by Tommy Burt’s bases loaded double to clear the bases . The rain would pick up and the field became unplayable quickly so the game was called with Clinton leading 10-1 . No make up date has been scheduled yet . Clinton(9-1) travels to Quincy Saturday for a 10am start with the Orioles .
