MADISON HIGH SCHOOL: 2
In game 2, Clinton came out hot, scoring 3 runs in the first inning. Again, Rilee Szczesniak was Clinton’s only multiple hit player, going 2-3 with an RBI. Jaecy Jones came up big with 3 RBI. Chloe Houghton had an RBI double and stolen base. Lily Thompson also added a double.
Payton Hernandez was the winning pitcher, allowing just 3 hits, 3 strikeouts and 5 walks.
Clinton is 4-4 in TCC and 7-5 overall. They continue play Thursday for a double header against Blissfield.
