Clinton split in a non-league match up tonight, dropping game 1, 4-2 to Bronson.

Clinton's offense struggled to connect, leaving 6 runners in scoring position.  Kyleigh Ramos led, going 2-3 with a double.  Kendall Phillip and Emma Fair each added an RBI single. 
 

Phillip started in the circle, going 4 complete innings, allowing 4 hits, 6 strikeouts, and 1 walk.  Taryn Hernandez takes the loss, entering the game in the 5th, allowing 2 runs on 3 hits, with 3 strikeouts. 
 

Game 2 seemed to be better for the Redwolves' offense, winning 7-4. Sydney Schuler takes the win, going 4 complete innings, allowing 2 earned runs on 4 hits with 3 strikeouts, and 1 walk.  Phillip came in relief allowing 3 hits with 5 K's and 1 walk, allowing no earned runs.  
 

Offense was more of a team effort in game 2 with Emma Fair going 3-3 with 3 RBI, Ava Ormsby was 2-3 with a lead off triple. Davia Welch was 2-3 with Clinton's final 2 RBI of the game.  Phillip added a double and RBI.  
 

Clinton continues play tomorrow night (Friday) against league match up Blissfield - HOME starting at 4pm.
