The season opened against Hudson at home.  Hudson put up a great fight, but the girls were able to bring home the win.  The scores of the sets were, 25-6, 17-25, and 25-23. Scoring leaders were Addison Loftis with 18 points and 12 aces, Zoey Riddle with 8 points and 6 aces, Brooklynn Kranz with 7 points and 5 aces, and DeLane Mckinnon with 6 points and 3 aces.  All of the girls helped with great passes, hits, and communication.  We head to Blissfield on Wednesday. 

The 8th grade volleyball team had a great start to their season, defeating Hudson in all 3 sets, 31-29, 25-9, and 25-12. Emily Farmer led the team with 16 points(5 aces), followed by Erin Burton with 11 points(4 aces), and Molly Sierer with 7 points(4 aces). Abby Sheneman and Molly Sierer each recorded 4 kills, while Sunny Sachin and Erin Burton contributed three a piece. Lila Kennedy, Madison Hardcastle, and Alicianna Freebairn were strong defensively in the back row. Great job Redwolves!
