The Redwolves wrestling Red team traveled to Lutheran Northwest High School to compete in the Traci Moshier annual varsity invitational. The Redwolves battled hard but walked away with one placer on the day. Keegan Keith had a solid performance on the day walking away with a third place finish. Keith had two pins and a tech fall on the road to third place. Jonah Hahn wrestled well on the day recording two pins. Lucas Coughlin, Lucas Goetting, Shane Cook, Aiden Johnson, and Drew McNatt all walked away with one win on the day. Coughlin, Goetting, and Cook had pins. Tim Isyk, Cory Hoover, Royce Martinez, and Carson Ehnis all battled hard on the day. This weekend wrapped up the Red team’s schedule, as they now look forward to a deep run into the postseason with the entire Redwolves team. This was a great group of kids that I truly enjoyed coaching each week. Every wrestler had tremendous improvement this season, no matter if they were a first year wrestler or a returner. I cannot wait to see their continued success throughout this program.
